Fulfillment

Orders placed with Buy with Prime on this site are picked, packed, and shipped by Amazon's fulfillment network. Prime members see their delivery estimate and shipping benefits at checkout. You do not need to leave this site to complete your order.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. Spartan Mosquito Pro Tech is not available to residents of California, and is not available outside the United States. Orders to California addresses, or to addresses outside the United States, cannot be fulfilled.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout come from Amazon's fulfillment system based on your address and the item's availability. Estimates are not guarantees.

Returns

Orders placed with Buy with Prime are fulfilled by Amazon, and returns follow Amazon's returns process for orders fulfilled by Amazon. Eligible orders are also covered by Amazon's A to z guarantee. Return shipping labels and drop-off options are provided through Amazon when you start a return; please do not ship items directly to us.

To start a return, contact anthony@sherwood-collective.com with your order number and we will point you to the right place. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and processed.

Damaged or missing tubes

If a tube arrives damaged, or a tube is later knocked down and the contents empty, the Refill Box (one box of 2 tubes) is available to replace it.
